Bachelor’s degree is required, with good technology understanding/background, with 3-5 years professional experience. Product management role is a very critical role, responsible for eZee’s product planning, defining new products. More Info

Web Developer
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is required, with 3-5 years of experience. Must be strong working with HTML, JavaScript and AJAX, and web design, and who knows how to create unique, dynamic and beautiful Web-based user interfaces. More info

Server Developer
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is required, with 3-5 years of experience. Experience must include server-side Java development, distributed and asynchronous computing, web and relational object mapping frameworks, Web and AJAX, and messaging (SMS, MMS). More info

Quality Engineers
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is required, with 3-5 years of experience. Quality Engineers must be comfortable working with developers, writing test plans and scripts, test harnesses, and ensuring the overall quality of our products. More info

Pre-Sales Engineer
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is require; prior pre-sales support preferred. The Pre-Sale Engineer (SE) will be working directly with the sales staff to develop account-winning strategies and to provide the needed product support to successfully close business. The SE will combine a deep understanding of business issues and all product offerings to define, create and demonstrate solutions that provide key business value. More Info

Director of Customer Service
Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred. 5 years in info technology preferred. The Director brings the vision of exceptional customer service to life in the organization; a high level of self-motivation, interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyze and report information to all levels of the organization. Ideal candidate will have program development experience, marketing, fiscal, and human resource management experience. More Info

Customer Service Representative
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is required; prior experience at problem intake level preferred. The CSR must seize, own and resolve customer problems that elude resolution by prescribed means or tools as escalated by the customer, eZee implementation engineers or pre-sales engineers. The incumbent must become the “go-to” individual on all technical issues not resolvable by formulaic means, including the responsibility to document the need for, and progress on resolving, programming/development issues. Implementation Engineer
1 year of technical experience (outside of school, high school or college) required. Contacts and assists new customers with setup and initial training via telephone and web-based tools. Resolves any open issues with respect to contracts and billing, connectivity, and the like. Operates autonomously and may be part-time/home based. More Info
