Server Developer
We are looking for a web developer with 3-5 years professional experience designing and developing server-side Java-based products. The candidate must have the following characteristics:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
• Very strong using server-side Java and frameworks
• Experienced with multi-tiered and distributed systems
• Good understanding of high-availability, fault-tolerance, transactions, threading, and synchronization
• Good understanding of Web technologies in general: from HTTP to Web Services
• Versed on design patterns and Object-oriented design & development
• Great coding practices, including documenting your own code, use of Ant/Maven, and unit testing using JUnit, build processes, and so on
• Experience with formal software development methodologies including Agile, coding practices, metrics
• Experience with Databases, JDBC/SQL, database design and Object Relation Mapping frameworks such as Hibernate
• Other Preferred Skills: web frameworks, JMS, JMX, JSP/Servlets, XML/XSLT, Java-based rules systems, Spring, Seam, JSF, Apache, Tomcat, JBoss, Ruby on Rails
• Passionate about technology in general, in particular mobility
