Web Developer
We are looking for a web developer with 3-5 years of professional experience who is very strong working with HTML, JavaScript and AJAX, web design, and who knows how to create unique, dynamic and beautiful Web-based user interfaces. The candidate must have the following characteristics:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
• Great understanding of Web technologies, Web frameworks such as Struts and/or Seam, JSF, and concepts such as separation and the Model-View-Controller design patterns
• Versed with Web-design patterns in general, and how to integrate Web user interfaces with middle tiers
• Experienced with multi-tiered and distributed systems
• Great coding practices, including documenting your own code, use of build scripts such as Ant/Maven, and unit testing
• Experience with formal software development methodologies including Agile, coding practices, metrics
• Other Preferred Skills: Web frameworks such as Struts, JSF, and/or Seam, Java, JSP/Servlets, XML/XSLT, Apache, Tomcat, Ruby on Rails, Flash, Flex
• Passionate about technology in general, and the mobility
